Worthy of note is that the high-quality leather would soften up after the break-in period and shape even better to the foot. The size chart of ECCO CHASE II TIE covers most foot sizes. The EU size of women comes from size 36 up to 42 (equals to 4-12.5 in US size).
Insole
The shoes come with leather-covered removable insole with ECCO Comfort Fiber System™. The insole is constructed of soft and stretchy vegetable tanned leather with minute holes to improves airflow. There is an additional foam layer with padding underneath to absorb moisture and thus keeping feet comfortable all day long. ECCO aims to make this model comfy right out of the box!
Midsole and Outsole
ECCO CHASE II TIE adopts polyurethane (PU) outsole as PU is the longest-lasting material for outsoles. The direct-injected, two-component PU and latex outsole is both lightweight and flexible. For instant fit of the shoes, the shoes are manufactured with a highly specialized process where upper is placed into the mould and liquid PU is injected to shape and correct midsole and/or outsole.
Upper
